Note to Practitioners: If you prefer to attend a workshop above on Oct 1, but don’t want to miss out on the public day forum on the same day, there is an option to purchase an online ticket so that you can refer to the video recording at your leisure.
Workshop priority registration goes to Practitioner Forum Package ticket holders, followed by practitioners and practitioners-in-training in this field.
Refund Policy
Please note that this Special Refund Policy is subject to change without notice. All refund requests must be made using the Refund Request Form and sent to our accounting office at register@psychedelicpsychotherapy.ca.
Please note, refunds may be subject to additional processing Fees, such as fees from Ticket Taylor, including fees to facilitate international bank transfers and conversion of currencies. WISDOM CIRCLE EVENTS, now referred to as “WCE” is not responsible for covering the cost of any related processing fees for refund transfers.
THIS POLICY IS EFFECTIVE AS OF MAY 15, 2022 AND APPLIES TO IN PERSON EVENTS REFUNDS.
- No Refunds for Online Tickets
- Cancellation or Changes Prior to Arrival for In Person Tickets
i) In Person Attendees who choose to cancel prior to arrival will be given a full credit of all Fees, which will be applied to a new booking in the future, less a $30 Administration Fee.
ii) For a refund, attendees who cancel must inform the accounting office in writing of this no later than one month in advance of the event (August 29, 2022).
iii) Following provincial guidelines, if in-person events impede the forum from going as planned, a full credit of all Fees will be applied to an event in the future OR refund your tickets in full minus a $30 administrative fee.
iv) Attendees who require changes to their original booking will be charged a $30 admin fee – changes include transferring names of tickets as well as type of ticket. - Early Departure for In Person Tickets
i) For any attendee who withdraws after arrival due to health-related concerns, personal family matters, or extenuating circumstances, WCE will apply a full credit of fees to a future event, less any applicable Processing Fees.

Our standard cancellation policy will be in effect for all pandemic related cancellations, including but not limited to feeling sick and being unable to travel due to closed borders.
